I'm Dani Nuñez, a multidisciplinary designer from Saint Rose, Louisiana, USA.
2023 I had the privilege of being a part of the Divercity by Design Masterclass with Pensole Lewis College and VF Corporation. At the time, I had no formal design experience and had spent the previous year working in footwear retail in hopes of one day entering the design field. This intensive program was a transformative journey that expanded my skills in concept and color design, specifically in Apparel & Accessories, and gave me the confidence to pursue a career in design.
2024 I deepened that creative experience by working with iconic brands such as Vans, Timberland (Europe), and The North Face, across Color and Material, Outerwear, and Graphic Design. Working across these disciplines strengthened my holistic approach to design, balancing storytelling, function, and visual communication to create meaningful products and experiences.
2025 I joined The North Face full-time as an Associate Graphic Designer within the Creative Direction team, where I continued developing brand storytelling, graphics, and visual communication globally.
Early in my design journey, a mentor told me that "Your background is your superpower." Little did I know then, how true those words would be.
Growing up between New Orleans and Miami, the vibrant cultures and surroundings around me shaped an instinct rooted in identity, craft, and community.
Throughout my work in apparel and product design, I have always had an affinity for materials, craftsmanship, and the emotional connection people develop with the objects they keep closest to them.
I've spent the past few years learning how to communicate stories through color, materials, graphics, and product design. As I move into jewelry, I bring the same tools I've always used. Color and material intuition, cultural storytelling, and a deep respect for craft.  The scale changes. The intention always remains the same.
